Did we miss something?

We are direct importers, which means that we deal directly with the quarry where the natural stone is extracted in its’ rawest form and manufactored into a tile, paver or coping tile.

All of our Travertine comes from quarries in Turkey.

We hold stock of the great majority of our advertised products (two large full warehouses year-round) so the chances are we stock what you’re look at. It is always best to call us on (03) 9706 9767 or email us at [email protected] and we can let you know straight away.

Our most popular products do sell out from time to time, if you know in advance that you need something at a certain date, you can allocate stock with a 33% deposit and we will store it here for you, without charge.

Yes and no, you can very simply compete your order from start to finish via email or over the phone. As we like to ensure you’re receiving exactly what you are after and what you need, we are not looking at introducing an automated system on our website.

You can make payment in the most suitable option for you. Payment in full is required prior to delivery, a 33% deposit allocates stock for your order.

1. Cash payment in store.
2. Visa or Mastercard over the phone.
3. Direct Deposit (BSB and Account # available on request).
4. Cheque via prior approval.

This is a question with 1000 answers. Depending on where you are located, delivery can take place anywhere between the next day or upto a week and a half.

Usually, to make things run seamlessly, we like to allow atleast 3 days for the warehouse to package your order and then delivery will follow this. If you are in Victoria our crane truck deliveries take place on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. A forklift delivery is available Monday-Sunday.

If you are outside of Victoria, the means of delivery varies, but is usually available Monday-Sunday with a crane truck, forklift or tailgate delivery.

We know that the process of ordering can vary between companies. We try to make our ordering process as simple as possible. Once you have received your quote and made payment, there is nothing else you need to do.

1. When payment is received a docket with all of the products included on your order will go into the warehouse and join the queue of orders to be packed, soon to be begun.

2. Once your order has been packed by the warehouse, that same docket will return inside with all of the packing details. What happens next varies depending on whether your order is being delivered or collected.

Pick-Ups
If your order is marked as a pick-up, we will contact you to let you know that your order is packed and ready for collection. We will hold this in our warehouse until collection is made.

Melbourne Metro Delivery
If your order is being delivered inside of our delivery radius (approximately 100km radius from Dandenong), we would likely have booked a delivery date at time of payment. If we hadn’t, we will contact you to let you know your order is packed and ready, and find a suitable day to arrange delivery. We usually deliver on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Outside Melbourne Metro
If your order is being delivered outside of our crane truck delivery zone, we have over 50 delivery companies we have relationships with to delivery nationwide, who can get anywhere.

We will have discussed this prior to stone payment to arrange a quote. When your your order is ready our transport manager will contact the transport company to confirm the final packing details and book your delivery.

The transport company will come to our warehouse and collect your order, and our freight manager will send you across the consignment notice, which has all of the transport details and tracking number on it. The transport company will contact you for payment for delivery and to arrange further delivery details.

Yes, of course.
If you make an order in-store, you will receive a printed copy of your quotation and receipt if payment is made, with the option of an emailed copy in addition.
If you are communicating via email or over the phone, you will receive an emailed copy of your quote, invoice and receipt.
