We know that the process of ordering can vary between companies. We try to make our ordering process as simple as possible. Once you have received your quote and made payment, there is nothing else you need to do.
1. When payment is received a docket with all of the products included on your order will go into the warehouse and join the queue of orders to be packed, soon to be begun.
2. Once your order has been packed by the warehouse, that same docket will return inside with all of the packing details. What happens next varies depending on whether your order is being delivered or collected.
Pick-Ups
If your order is marked as a pick-up, we will contact you to let you know that your order is packed and ready for collection. We will hold this in our warehouse until collection is made.
Melbourne Metro Delivery
If your order is being delivered inside of our delivery radius (approximately 100km radius from Dandenong), we would likely have booked a delivery date at time of payment. If we hadn’t, we will contact you to let you know your order is packed and ready, and find a suitable day to arrange delivery. We usually deliver on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Outside Melbourne Metro
If your order is being delivered outside of our crane truck delivery zone, we have over 50 delivery companies we have relationships with to delivery nationwide, who can get anywhere.
We will have discussed this prior to stone payment to arrange a quote. When your your order is ready our transport manager will contact the transport company to confirm the final packing details and book your delivery.
The transport company will come to our warehouse and collect your order, and our freight manager will send you across the consignment notice, which has all of the transport details and tracking number on it. The transport company will contact you for payment for delivery and to arrange further delivery details.
